Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours (Mon–Sat). Delivery in India typically takes 2–7 business days depending on location and courier performance.

Shipping is free unless stated at checkout. Tracking details are shared upon dispatch.

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancel anytime before dispatch. Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare items cannot be returned.

Damaged or incorrect items reported within 48 hours with photo/video evidence and unboxing proof are eligible for replacement or refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
