Payments are processed securely by our payment providers (e.g., Razorpay). We do not store full card details.

Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours (Mon–Sat). Delivery in India typically takes 2–7 business days depending on location and courier performance.
Shipping is free unless stated at checkout. Tracking details are shared upon dispatch.
Cancellation & Refunds
These terms are designed to comply with payment provider guidelines (including Razorpay) and to ensure a clear, fair experience.
Order Cancellation
- You may cancel your order any time before it is dispatched. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
- If a payment is debited but the order fails or is not confirmed, the amount will be automatically refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Returns/Replacement Eligibility
Due to hygiene and safety, we do not accept returns of opened or used skincare items. However, we will offer a replacement or refund in the following cases if reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo/video evidence and an intact unboxing video:
- Wrong/incorrect product received
- Damaged, leaking, or defectively sealed product on delivery
- Product past expiry on arrival
- Missing items in the package
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with the invoice.
Non‑returnable Items
- Opened or used products
- Free gifts, samples, or promotional items
- Items marked as non‑returnable at checkout or on the product page
How to Raise a Request
- Email support@therealglow.in within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include your order ID, a description of the issue, and clear photos/video (including an unboxing video, if available).
- Our team will verify and confirm the eligibility, and arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
Refund Timelines & Method
- Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method (via Razorpay for UPI/card/net‑banking) within 5–7 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to reflect the credit.
- Shipping fees are refundable only if the error is on our side (e.g., damaged, incorrect, or missing items).
- If reverse pickup is required, it will be arranged wherever serviceable; otherwise, we will guide you on return shipping.
Tampered/Undelivered Shipments
- If the package appears tampered, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
- If your order is marked delivered but not received, notify us within 24 hours so we can investigate with the courier.
