1. Introduction

Welcome to Ethereal Glow (also referred to as “The Real Glow”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities under your account.

3. Product, Pricing and Availability

We strive for accuracy, but errors may occur. Prices, offers and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or reject orders.

4. Order Acceptance

An order is accepted when you receive a confirmation message. We may cancel orders due to inventory, pricing errors, fraud concerns, or regulatory reasons; any amount captured will be refunded.

5. Payments

Payments are processed securely via Razorpay and other enabled methods. By placing an order you authorize us and our payment partners to process the transaction in accordance with our privacy practices.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 24–48 business hours and delivered in 2–7 business days within India. Delays may occur due to courier or regional constraints.

7. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

You can cancel before dispatch. For hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare items cannot be returned. Damaged or wrong items are eligible for replacement or refund when reported within 48 hours with evidence. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos and designs are the property of Ethereal Glow or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bangalore, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
